BROKEN ARROW VARIQUOISE CAB 15

This 19x26mm,23.25ct, 5mm thick FreeForm Broken Arrow Variquoise. That's under $0.75 a ct. This Variquoise is from the Candelaria Hills, Nevada. This Gem cannot make up it's mind to be Turquoise or Varicite so with it displaying both the property of Turquoise texture and Varicite color you have Variquoise.
Candelaria is a famous silver mining camp discovered in 1862 by prospectors which produced millions of dollars worth of silver in the late 1800s.
The Candelaria hills produce some of the finest Turqouise and Varicite known. The dark green Spiderweb is the best I have ever seen and I have never seen the Green with Gold matrix except here.
A local farmer had this hidden in a back shed for many years. This gem has a good polish on front and satin on back, and intended for use in bezel-mounted Silver Jewelry. This cab has a nic in the bezel. Enjoy!!
